Rachel Holland - Senior Surveyor
“I joined Bruton Knowles in July 2017 after undertaking an RICS Accredited Degree. Since then, I have obtained my Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) under the Commercial Pathway in Spring 2020. This involved the support from Bruton Knowles’ Graduate Scheme, by experiencing a variety of work and training through in house and RICS CPD events. My career as a Chartered Surveyor has now started in the Utilities and Infrastructure department, undertaking predominately CPO work, with both public and private sector clients. I look forward to further career progression with Bruton Knowles and continuing to support our clients"

“I started Bruton Knowles in April 2013, after completing my RICS Accredited Degree and Masters, becoming Chartered 2 years later after completing the APC graduate route. Keen for progression, through hard work and determination I was promoted to Senior Surveyor one year later in 2016 and thereafter, Associate in 2018 and Senior Associate in 2021. The variety of work and daily interaction with different people and property types keeps my role interesting. It is also important to me that I am challenged, trusted with additional responsibility and given the opportunity for continued career development and progression."
